If your guitar has a 16” radius, and your capo has a 16” radius, you still don’t have matching radii because the capo pushes down on top of the strings and the bass strings have the greatest diameter. Because of this, the radius across the bass strings is greater than the radius over the treble strings. The curve is not a singular radius.

It is tension adjustable and seems to fit guitars with neck widths from 1 11/16 to 1 7/8 inches at the nut.I have used it on Martins, Taylors, Gibsons, and Melbournes with out any buzzing or other problems.
