Prob a 70-30 split. Stormrage and Sargeras are both very active Alliance realms. I moved to Proudmoore for this expansion and am loving it. It's packed and there's always people around. Like take Moon Guard, one of the largest Alliance RP realms however almost a good portion of the population is stuck in Goldshire not really contributing to the realm.
