2024 Amazon flex sub same day

At a sub same day station your route can literally be up to 60 miles from said station. Sometimes just the drive to the 1st delivery is an hour. That's what it's like for my region. I work at an SSD. Mine is a smaller warehouse (maybe about 50-60 Associates). We do stow, pick, pack, sort, problem solve, etc. Just on a smaller scale. My warehouse works with the Amazon Flex Drivers only whom use their personal vehicles to deliver packages to customers. We do not pack boxes, just poly mailers.
